She began her career within the NHS, gaining extensive experience in Integrated Therapy Teams — which means her knowledge is rooted in real clinical practice, not just theory.
Les has been an official speaker at the Children's Mental Health Matters Summit 2024, a guest speaker at the UK Hypnosis Convention, and most recently a featured speaker at the prestigious Hypnotic 2026 International Conference in Antwerp, Belgium.
